In addition to her creative and corporate work, CJ has extensive office administration experience in a variety of environments. She has three years of experience in real estate office administration, where she was responsible for welcoming clients, answering telephones, sorting mail, transcribing voicemails and noting action plans. She also compiled data and created efficient systems to track annual safety and maintenance scheduling for clients.

Before working in real estate, CJ had four years of experience working as an office administrator for a tourism company. Her role included assisting with bookkeeping, communications, online blog management, answering telephones and directing customer and staff inquiries. In her day to day, CJ would share tour options with customers, book group tours and provide customers with comprehensive travel information and directions. Whenever the opportunity arose, she resolved customer concerns in an efficient and empathetic manner.
